All Millie Loves Lily pre-orders are made to order and therefore are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged. If you would like to return an unworn and unused item and receive a full refund to your original payment method, your online return must be initiated within 30 days of the order shipment date.
-IMPORTANT: Please place your unused item(s) back in their original plastic bag with the barcode visible.
If you have received a damaged item please notify us at info@millieloveslily.com and we will arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you. We may ask you to forward photos of the damaged item(s) in order to better serve your needs.
Please note that all swimwear is non-returnable unless you received a damaged item.

Preparing Your Order For Return
IMPORTANT: Please place unused item(s) back in their original plastic bag with the barcode visible.
1) Please email customer service with your order number and item that you are returning at info@millieloveslily.com. We will send you an RA# to be placed on the outside of your package.
2) Place the items you are returning along with your packing list in a securely sealed shipping container. You can reuse the shipping mailer you received your order in, just make sure any old labels on your package are removed or obscured. Then affix your shipping label.
