All Millie Loves Lily pre-orders are made to order and therefore are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or mis-sized.
If you have received a damaged item please notify us immediately at info@millieloveslily.com and we will arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you or for a refund. We may ask you to forward photos of the damaged item(s) in order to better serve your needs.
Our goal is to have everyone be happy with their purchase, and while we don't have a return center in the U.S. we try and make accommodations when necessary. So please make sure to reach out with any other concerns.
