Pre-Order Items: Because we utilize a sustainable, zero-waste production model, garments are made individually by our factory just for you. Production takes roughly 30 days, plus an additional 7–10 days for transit to your door.

We charge a flat fee of $5.99 for all orders under $50. Orders of $50 or more ship completely free!
What is your return policy?
In-Stock Items: Eligible for return within 15 days of purchase.
Pre-Order Items: Eligible for return within 10 days of delivery.

Are any items final sale?
Yes. Due to hygiene and safety guidelines, all swimwear items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Printed Items: Crafted from our signature ultra-soft, wrinkle-resistant poly/spandex blend. They are designed to move comfortably with active toddlers and kids, running true to size.
Solid Items: Made from 100% breathable cotton or a premium cotton-spandex blend for ultimate comfort.
How should I wash my Millie Loves Lily garments?
To keep your pieces looking vibrant and new, we recommend machine washing cold on a gentle cycle with like colors, and tumbling dry on low heat.
