• How long will it take for my order to arrive?

  • In-Stock Items: Process and ship within 3–5 business days.

  • Pre-Order Items: Because we utilize a sustainable, zero-waste production model, garments are made individually by our factory just for you. Production takes roughly 30 days, plus an additional 7–10 days for transit to your door.

• How much does shipping cost?

  • We charge a flat fee of $5.99 for all orders under $50. Orders of $50 or more ship completely free!

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

• What is your return policy?

  • In-Stock Items: Eligible for return within 15 days of purchase.

  • Pre-Order Items: Eligible for return within 10 days of delivery.

  • Please note: All items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached. Returns are strictly limited to a maximum of 3 items per order.

• Are any items final sale?

  • Yes. Due to hygiene and safety guidelines, all swimwear items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• How do your clothes fit, and what are they made of?

  • Printed Items: Crafted from our signature ultra-soft, wrinkle-resistant poly/spandex blend. They are designed to move comfortably with active toddlers and kids, running true to size.

  • Solid Items: Made from 100% breathable cotton or a premium cotton-spandex blend for ultimate comfort.

• How should I wash my Millie Loves Lily garments?

  • To keep your pieces looking vibrant and new, we recommend machine washing cold on a gentle cycle with like colors, and tumbling dry on low heat.
